If you live in the London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Bromley, Ealing, Redbridge or Harrow, we cover you. If you are unsure which borough you are in, or you are close to a boundary, send us your postcode and we will confirm straight away.
How quickly can you reach me if my boiler breaks down?
We prioritise urgent calls where a home has no heating or no hot water, especially where elderly or vulnerable people or young children are affected. Call us on 07709 247215 and we will tell you honestly when an engineer can get to you.
Can you help with a property I rent out in your area?
Yes. If the rented property is in one of the boroughs we cover, we can carry out the annual gas safety check, servicing and repairs. You do not need to live locally yourself; we can arrange access with your tenant or agent.
