About Nexa Heating

Nexa Heating is a team of Gas Safe registered heating engineers working across Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Bromley, Ealing, Redbridge and Harrow. For more than 15 years we have been installing, repairing and servicing boilers in London homes of every shape and size, from Victorian terraces and 1930s semis to modern flats and new-build extensions.

We understand you have work, school runs and everything else to fit around. We book appointments that suit you, keep you informed and leave your home clean and tidy.

Landlords and tenants

We carry out annual gas safety checks, servicing and repairs for rented homes, and we are happy to work directly with tenants or letting agents to arrange access.

Cost-conscious households

We will always tell you if a repair makes more sense than a replacement, and we quote clearly so you can compare like for like. Where a simple fix, a service or better use of your existing controls will solve the problem, we will say so rather than recommend a new boiler you do not need. Our fixed-price quotes mean you can budget with confidence.

Gas Safe registration and checking an engineer

By law, anyone carrying out gas work in a home in Great Britain must be on the Gas Safe Register, the official list of engineers qualified to work safely and legally with gas. Registered engineers carry a Gas Safe ID card. The front shows the engineer's photo, the business they work for, their licence number and the card's expiry date. The back lists the types of gas work they are qualified to do, such as gas boilers.

We encourage every customer to check. Ask to see the card, make sure the photo matches and the card is in date, and check the engineer is qualified for the work you need. You can confirm the details using the Gas Safe Register's guide to the ID card, which also links to its online check. Any genuine engineer will be happy for you to do this.
